LAW Developments represents the collaboration of two accomplished Central Coast businessmen, Matthew Lusted of LA Group and Nathan West of WEC Group. The partnership—Lusted And West, hence LAW Developments—builds on a combined industry experience of over 50 years. Having successfully worked together on major building and construction projects for more than a decade, Matthew and Nathan formalized their partnership to expand their investment and development portfolio across the Central Coast, NSW.

Matthew Lusted
Director | Partner | Social Entrepreneur
Matthew (Matt) Lusted, a proud Central Coast local, has dedicated his life to supporting and enhancing the Wyong community. A passionate advocate for the region—now recognized as the Northern Growth Corridor of the Central Coast—Matt’s deep connection to Wyong spans generations, with his family representing five generations in the area. Happily married to Bronwyn for over 25 years, Matt is a devoted father of three. With over 36 years of industry experience as a third-generation builder, he has transitioned into leading his own commercial development projects, channeling his expertise and vision into shaping Wyong’s future potential.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Matt plays an active role in community leadership. He currently serves as President of Business Wyong (Wyong Regional Chamber of Commerce) and Vice President of the Regional Advisory Council for Business NSW Central Coast. He has also represented the Central Coast Council in Economic Development and Regional Activation and is the Chairman of Wyong Christian Community School. A dedicated member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Matt’s achievements include being named among the Central Coast Express Top 100 Most Influential People and receiving the CEO of the Year award from The Executive Connection. He has also been instrumental in pioneering the Wyong River Community Pathway and was a founding director and company secretary of the Wyong Community Bank (Bendigo Bank).
Matt’s unwavering dedication to Wyong combines his professional expertise with a heartfelt commitment to community growth, leaving a lasting impact on the region he proudly calls home.
Nathan West
Director | Community Advocate
Nathan has called the Central Coast home since 1986 and is deeply committed to fostering opportunities for its growth and development. In 2013, he founded WEC Group, a successful commercial electrical company based in Wyong, which employs local apprentices and tradespeople. As a second-generation electrician with 29 years of industry experience, Nathan has built a thriving business while contributing significantly to the local community.
Living on the Central Coast with his wife and four children, Nathan has a strong passion for supporting young people and families in need. He has been actively involved in the We Care Connect charity since its inception in 2016, helping to provide essential relief to disadvantaged families across the region. His dedication extends to community sports, having been a sponsor of both the Wyong Emus Soccer Club and Wyong AFL.
Professionally, Nathan serves as Director of LAW Developments, Managing Director of WEC Group, and Managing Director of West Eighteen. He is also a committed community leader, holding positions such as Board Member of Business Wyong (Wyong Regional Chamber of Commerce) and Inaugural Board Member of We Care Connect.
Nathan’s combination of professional expertise and community-minded leadership continues to make a meaningful impact on the Central Coast, driving opportunities and positive change for the region he proudly calls home.
